The Research Council of Norway, HR, Documentation and Operation Department, extends an invitation to an open tender contest for media conversion of the Research Council of Norway's paper archives from the period 1949-2018.

The aim of the procurement is media conversion of paper archives, transfer of the digital version to the National Archive Services of Norway, and the destruction of the paper original after the digital version has been tested and approved by the National Archive Services of Norway.

The aim of the procurement is media conversion of paper archives, transfer of the digital version to the National Archive Services of Norway, and the destruction of the paper original after the digital version has been tested and approved by the National Archive Services of Norway.

The contract involves transporting and storing the archive material, scanning, registering meta data from general archive forms, finishing services and connecting scanned files with meta data, producing archive extractions in accordance with the Director General for the National Archive's regulations, and transferring (delivering) archive extractions too the National Archive Services of Norway. The digital achieve versions must be packed in accordance with the archive standard for transferring to the National Archive Services of Norway. The paper material must be stored until the extraction has been approved.
