Etat for utbygging [the Agency for Development] undertakes the builder function for municipal construction projects related to schools and nursery buildings, nursing homes, the fire and chimney sweeping service, arts buildings, sports buildings and administration buildings. This applies to both module buildings and built on site buildings.

The contracting authority is in need of a framework agreement for several suppliers of services as a Breeam - NOR auditor. The prospective need will be clarified and described in each individual call-off.

Emphasis is placed on the fact that 5 years of relevant experience will not necessarily be required for the call-offs. It will be clear in the individual call-offs which experience requirements are applicable for the assignment.
