The subject of the contract is the implementation of tools for virtualization of teaching and management processes in the State Higher Vocational School in Elbląg, i.e. comprehensive delivery and implementation of office and postal software licenses for employees and students, including:

(a) carrying out a pre-implementation analysis and preparation of a technical project,

b) the supply of software,

c) migration of resources from the current postal system to tenant Office 365,

d) automation of account activity creation and control, integration with existing USOS using MIM or LDAP,

e) carrying out training,

f) the provision of technical assistance.

Detail the scope of the contract, including the required functionalities of the software/system, pre-implementation analysis conditions, technical assistance, training scope and description of the equivalence assessment criteria are set out in OPZ and in the draft contract (ANNEX No. 4). The software must meet at least the parameters specified by the Ordering Party in the OPZ.
