Description:
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF DISTRIBUTORS-CALORIMETERS, HEAT METERS, RADIO FREQUENCY WATER METERS AND, INCLUDING THEIR READINGS PER DWELLING AND PER TENANT ACCORDING TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE EUROPEAN DIRECTIVE ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN FORCE ON 25 JUNE 2020 EED 2.0 AS WELL AS THE ESTABLISHMENT OF EXPENSE STATEMENTS

The contract consists of a supply of supplies (Framework Agreement), it is a rental.

- FOR HOUSING:

REPLACEMENT of existing heat integrators, heat splitters and water meters.

- FOR BOILER ROOMS:

The removal without replacement of the integrator-meters at the outlet of the boilers because of unused data.

- FOR THE COMMON AREAS:

REPLACEMENT of existing heat integrator meters and water meters.

The REPLACEMENT and/or PLACEMENT of the data collector module.

- MAINTENANCE:

In the absence of information, the tenderer must react immediately or even the same day by going to ensure, as far as possible, that the meter or the dispatcher is defective. If the tenant is absent or if he does not give access to his dwelling, it will be necessary to notify the adjudicator as soon as possible.

Replacement and various repairs on defective devices such as: leak, consumption drifts, ...; will be done according to the prescribed response times.

- THE READINGS:

The data will be collected by a radio module placed in a common area of the building.

In this way, the readings will be done only by remote reading and remotely without the presence of the tenants.

The readings of the heating and boiler room integrators-integrators will be taken in KWH;

The splitters-calorimeters will be taken in heating unit specific to the distributor;

Water meter readings will be taken in m3.

To meet the requirements of the European Energy Efficiency Directive in force on 25 June 2020 and to meet those of 1 January 2022 and 2027 "EED 2.0", readings will be made on a monthly basis.

- EXPENSE STATEMENTS:

The consumption statements must contain the necessary information as well as graphs as follows:

1.Total cost of energy.

2.Energy prices.

3.Emissions CO2.

4.Different energies used in the building.

5.Comparison by degree-days with the previous year.

6.Comparison per degree-day with an average consumer.
