European X-ray Free-Electron Laser Facility GmbH is building the European X-ray laser XFEL on the premises (BG) Bahrenfeld, Osdorfer Born and Schenefeld. Officebuilding (XHO) with 200 workstations is being built on the company premises in Schenefeld. The building is 3 storey+basement and has external dimensions of approx. L x W x H of 62.0 x 14.5 x 15.5 m.

- Sanitary wastewater: 157 m SML pipe to DN100, 58 m HT pipe to DN100,

- drinking water: 548 m stainless steel pipe pipe up to DN 54, 45 pcs fittings up to DN 54,

- sanitary facilities: 21 WC 2 disabled toilets, 7 urinals, 10 washbasins/hand washbasins

- underfloor washbasin 2 pieces, 2 showers, 4 pouring systems

- Electric instantaneous water heaters: 8 pcs 5.7 kW, 2 pcs 6.5 kW, 3 pcs 11.0 kW, 2 pcs. 27 kW

- Mounting elements for sanitary objects: 42 pcs.
