The framework agreement covers inspections, follow-up, service, operation, maintenance, modernisation and replacement of lifts and lifting devices that include, but is not limited to, person and goods lifts, lifting platforms and stairlifts.

Parallel framework agreements will be signed with 2 to 4 tenderers. The number of tenderers that will be awarded a contract will depend on the conditions mentioned in the tender documentation's point 1.5. Tenderers must read the point carefully for further information. Tenderers must submit a tender for up to three portfolios. The total number of portfolios in the framework agreement is four. Due to technical reasons, ‘no’ has been ticked in the question on subcontracts, however contracts will be signed with 2 to 4 tenderers.
