The subject of the proceedings is the delivery of:
1) 2-channel digital oscilloscopes with 40 MHz imaged waveforms together with a computer interface - 8 pieces;
2) complete alarm systems consisting of control panels, sensors, signaling devices - items 6;
3) complete IP monitoring systems consisting of 2 cameras, recorder, switch, patchcord - 2 pieces;
4) complete satellite and terrestrial television receiving set with accessories for distribution of signals to the cable network - 1 set (1 piece);
For equipping the electronic workshop for the Technical School Complex in Turku, intended for educational purposes as part of the project "Modern technologies in vocational training as part of the economic development of the functional area of the Turkish and Kolski counties", Wielkopolska Regional Operational Program for 2014-2020.
The subject of the contract is the supply of 2-channel digital oscilloscopes with an imaged waveform frequency of 40 MHz along with a computer interface - 8 pieces under the project "Modern technologies in vocational education as part of the economic development of the functional area of the Turkish and Kolski counties", Wielkopolska Regional Operational Program for 2014-2020 , Priority Axis 9 "Infrastructure for human capital", Measure 9.3 "Investing in the development of education and training infrastructure", Sub-measure 9.3.2 "Investing in the development of vocational education infrastructure".

The contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the contracting authority is required to demonstrate that the supplies he offers meet the requirements specified by the contracting authority (Article 30 (5) of the Public Procurement Law). In all the provisions of the ToR and in its annexes, in which the contracting authority refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems in accordance with art. 30 paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer allows solutions equivalent to those described. If in the description of the subject of the order the names of devices of specific manufacturers are given, it should be treated only as a determination of the desired standard and quality. In all such situations, the Contractor may offer equivalent products or devices with at least the same parameters. By product equivalence is meant to offer a product whose technical parameters of the materials used are at least the same as the products described in the ToR. If an equivalent solution is offered, the Contractor is required to demonstrate the equivalence of the solutions used. The Purchaser finds that the offers containing devices of a different specification than those specified in the ToR and with parameters lower (worse) than those specified in this specification are contrary to the Terms of Reference, and thus such offers will be rejected.
The awarding entity in the proceedings being conducted, based on the provisions of art. 24aa pzp, will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer was chosen as the most advantageous is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure.
