1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

1) the subject of the contract is the comprehensive execution of:

• Program Investment

• Design and Cost Estimation Documentation

• Performing author's supervision

FOR INVESTMENT TASKS

1. Task 1 (01851): Construction of the TSM warehouse building and tank equipment and surface

hardened with accompanying infrastructure;

2. Deliverable 2 (01852): Construction of a light-duty garage building

for military motor vehicles and tracked vehicles and associated infrastructure;

3. Task 3 (01853): Construction of a light-structure garage building and shelters for i

equipment with associated infrastructure;

4. Task 4 (01854): Construction of a building for a car wash for military motor vehicles and tracked vehicles;

5. Task 5 (01855): Construction of two staff and barracks buildings with

with technical infrastructure;

6. Task 6 (01856): Construction of the external fence of the complex with the construction of the patrol road i

of the lighting ring road, construction of the pass office, guardhouse and LCN building, construction of the PST.

2) The contract will be executed in stages:

Stage I – Investment Program;

Stage II – Construction and Technical Design (repeatable documentation);

Stage III – Detail Engineering (repetitive documentation), i.e. Detail Engineering, bills of quantities,

technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, investor cost estimates, Statement of Task Costs,

schedule of works implementation, list of equipment and materials specifying technical parameters, including

parameters determining the equivalence of devices

and materials, description of the subject of the contract for the implementation of construction works, scenario of the development of events in

fire time, fire protection instructions;

Stage IV – Author's supervision of a given task.
