The objective of the contract is to perform on-demand performance with regard to green management and maintenance, nature management and landscape restoration on the territory of Wetteren.

The performances include: mechanical weed control, mowing of grass, pruning of plants, shaving of hedges and massifs, disease and insect control, removal of green waste and litter, and other various performances.

According to Article 15 of the Law of 17.6.2016, the contract is reserved for social workshops and for entrepreneurs whose aim is the social and professional integration of disabled or disadvantaged people.

Workplaces, entrepreneurs and programs that meet similar conditions are accepted.

For the conditions that tenderers must meet, reference is made to Article 59 of the Law of 26.3.1999 (and subsequent amendments).
