The contract is considered to be a supply contract for the Municipal Administration of Sprimont, the CPAS de Sprimont and the Régie Communale Autonomous (RCA).
It consists of a 36 month contract (assumed period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2024), relating to the supply of energy for 2022, 2023, 2024 for the Municipal Administration, CPAS and CAR. The contract is made on the order and on behalf of the Municipal Administration of Sprimont, the CPAS, the CAR in accordance with the conditions of this special specification.
The contract is for one two batches:
