The City of Espoo, the wellbeing services county of Länsi-Uusimaa, Espoo Catering Oy and Omnia , the joint municipal authority for education in the Espoo region (each later separately also the Subscriber) asks for offers on food and non-food products for small kitchens.
The contract period is indefinite.
The acquisition is divided into three subdivisions:
Sub-area 1 "City of Espoo and wellbeing services county of Western Uusimaa, Procurement of food and non-food products for small kitchens"
Sub-area 2 "Espoo Catering Oy, Procurement of food and non-food products for daycare kitchens"
Subdivision 3 "Omnia, Procurement of food and non-food products for small kitchens"

"Description of the object of procurement SUBDIVISION 1", with Appendix 2 "Description of the object of procurement SUBDIVISION 2" and Appendix 3 "Description of the object of procurement SUBDIVISION 3".
Based on the competitive tendering process, one contract supplier and two deputy suppliers are selected for each area. The tenderer who submitted the second and third most economically advantageous tenders shall be selected as the deputy supplier. Based on the comparison, the client ranks the selected backup suppliers in order of preference. An actual procurement contract may be concluded with the deputy supplier if the contract supplier does not meet the terms and conditions of the invitation to tender at the beginning of or during the contract period.
The City of Espoo's share of the estimated value of the procurement is EUR 820,000, the wellbeing services county of Western Uusimaa accounts for EUR 5,000,000 of the estimated value of the procurement, Espoo Catering Oy's share of the estimated value of the procurement is EUR 9,600,000 and Omnia's share of the estimated value of the procurement is EUR 800,000.
The City of Espoo makes the procurement decision on behalf of the wellbeing services county of Länsi-Uusimaa, Espoo Catering Oy and Omnia, the joint municipal authority for education in the Espoo region.
The wellbeing services county of Länsi-Uusimaa, Espoo Catering Oy and Omnia, the joint municipal authority for education in the Espoo region, conclude their own agreements with the selected supplier in accordance with the terms of Annex 4 "Key contract terms SUBDIVISION 1", Appendix 5 "Key contract terms SUBDIVISION 2" and Appendix 6 "Key contract terms SUBDIVISION 3".
