The City of Vantaa requests an offer on the ventilation filters of the properties of the properties of the cities of Vantaa and Kauniainen in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes.
The aim of the acquisition is real estate ventilation filters for the needs of properties in vantaa and Kauniainen cities. The joint tendering process is based on an agreement concluded between the cities of Vantaa and Kauniainen on joint procurement in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
The contract period is four (4) years from XX.XX.2022 [to be specified in the final contracts].
On the basis of the tendering procedure, the
1. Agreements between the cities of Vantaa and Kauniainen and VTK Kiinteistöt Oy group and selected suppliers, and
2. Agreements between Vantaan Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy and selected suppliers.
Based on the agreements to be concluded for the cities of Vantaa and Kauniainen and the VTK Kiinteistöt Oy Group, acquisitions can be made by all sectors and businesses of the City of Vantaa and by companies owned by the City of Vantaa with a majority shareholding:
- Pallastunturintien Liikekiinteistö Oy
- Hakopolun Liikekiinteistö Oy
- Kiinteistö Oy Maakotkantie 10
- Property Oy Kähää
- Puukkukujan Autolots Oy
Based on the agreements to be awarded to Vantaan Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy, purchases can be made by Vantaan Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy.
Based on the tendering process, three (3) suppliers are selected according to the order of priority, so that single purchases of less than €10,000 are always purchased from the first supplier in order of priority. If the value of the single purchase exceeds €10,000 The ordering unit will conduct a streamlined tendering process within the framework agreement. The principles of operation of the framework agreement and the streamlined tendering within the framework agreement are described in more detail in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender.
Subscribers do not commit to certain quantities of purchases or value in euro during the contract period. All products offered must be new.
