The subject of the contract is the purchase of a brand new wheel loader and delivery to Częstochowa Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o., Sobuczynie, Konwaliowa 1, 42 – 263 Wrzosowa.

I. Scope of the contract: Delivery of a brand new wheel loader (1 pc) with the technical parameters specified in point 4.3. SWZ is required.

II. Place of delivery: Częstochowskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o., Sobuczyna, Konwaliowa 1, 42– 263 Wrzosowa

III. Warranty period: The required warranty period for the delivered subject of the order is 24 months or a limit of 4000 mth of device operation, whichever comes first.
