The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in the territory of the Municipality of Bisztynek.

1. The object of the order is: “Receipt and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in the territory of the Municipality of Bisztynek”

2. The scope of the order shall include:

1) the collection of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from inhabited property - the collection of waste accumulated outside the container is also required

2) collection of municipal waste collected in a selective manner:

(a) paper, paperboard, packaging of paper and cardboard,

(b) glass, glass packaging,

(c) plastics, plastic packaging, metals, metal packaging, multi-plant packaging waste,

(d) biowaste,

(e) furniture and other large-sized waste,

(f) worn tyres,

(g) consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

(h) expired medicines and chemicals,

i) used batteries and batteries

(j) construction and repair and demolition waste - The Contractor under the contract is obliged to collect only those construction waste - repair and demolition, which arose as a result of minor construction works not requiring a construction permit or a declaration of intent to carry out works to Starosta.

3) Delivery by January 02, 2022 and successive replenishment of single-family and homestead property owners with bags for selective collection of municipal waste in colors:

(a) blue - paper, cardboard, packaging of paper and cardboard,

(b) green - glass, glass packaging,

(c) yellow - plastics, plastic packaging, metals, metal packaging, multi-plant packaging waste,

d) brown - biowaste.

Bags with a capacity of 60 litres to 120 l made of LDPE polyethylene film with a suitable thickness to ensure their strength. The bags shall be transparent to assess the contents and shall be marked clearly and legibly with information on the type of waste collected, the name, address and telephone number of the Contractor.

After each time the receipt of these bags, the Contractor is obliged to leave the owner of the property bags in quantities and colors corresponding to the received bags.

4) homesteading of received unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste. As part of the waste management, the Contractor is obliged to transfer the received unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, directly to the municipal installation. (The Contractor is obliged to demonstrate in the offer the municipal installation to which the waste will be transferred.) Taken from property owners unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, will be transferred to it.

5) the use of selectively received municipal waste by transferring it directly or through another waste collector to a waste recovery or disposal plant in accordance with the hierarchy of procedure referred to in Chapter II of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended); in the case of small quantities of received waste selectively collected, it is possible to transfer it to the waste collector indicated in the offer.

3. The Contracting Authority estimates that the amount of collected municipal waste generated in households in the Municipality of Bishtynek during the period of execution of the subject of the order will be 1 535,57 Mg, including:

(a) non-segregated municipal waste (mixed) — 1 096,82 Mg

(b) municipal waste selectively harvested — 438,75 Mg

“The Contracting Authority stipulates that it will take action to increase the amount of waste collected selectively.

4.The estimated quantities of bags intended for selective collection of municipal waste during the period of completion of the contract subject shall be as appropriate:

(a) yellow - approx. 34,000 pcs. ;

b) blue - approx. 10,000 pcs.

c) brown - approx. 8,500 pcs.

d) green - approx. 11,000 pcs ;

ie a total of 63,500 pcs The final amount of bags may change during the execution of the order
