The subject of the contract is the Delivery, assembly and integration of equipment for the Operating Block and the delivery and assembly of sterilization equipment for the task entitled "Modernization and reconstruction of the operating block together with the Central Sterilization Unit of the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie and purchase of necessary medical equipment and equipment", in accordance with Annex 1 to the specification. The terms of quality guarantee and service are attached as Annex 1.1 to the specification. 2.
