The object of the contract is the collection and development of the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022 year of municipal waste indicated in the description of the object of the order from the owners of the property of the Municipality of Bobrowo, together with the collection of waste of hot in the PSZOK in 2022, excluding waste communal arising in cemeteries., in a compliant manner

1) with regulations:

- the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 779 of late) and regulations to the Act,

- the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 888 as amended) and regulations to the act,

- Plan for waste management of Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2016-2022 with a perspective for the period 2023-2028, adopted by the resolution of the Sejmik of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship No XXXII/545/17 of 29 May 2017,

- rules of procedure for maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of Bobrowo municipality

The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport and development of all municipal waste generated and collected by the owners of the property covered by the municipal waste collection system on the territory of Bobrowo Municipality and from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste located on the territory of the Municipality of Bobrowo, the provision and setting of containers on the property and the operation of the mobile Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022.
