Health Region Mid-Norway, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority shall enter into a framework agreement for anaesthesia apparatus. The number of apparatus which shall be purchased and is not binding for the Awarding Authority. The number is based on age and technical condition of the apparatus. The volume may vary as a consequence of alterations in financial constraints, political resolutions and the market situation in general.
