1. The object of the order is:

(a) to develop and provide the Ordering Authority complete design documentation for the task of the following project documentation for the decommissioning of the overhead crossing of the river Jeziorka on the Mory - Wola Karczewska gas pipeline;

(b) obtaining and communicating to the Contracting Authority the final decision of the construction permit necessary for the construction works on the basis of the design documentation developed;

(c) supervision during the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of developed design documentation (basic order). The Contractor shall be obliged to no more than 6 (words: six) stays resulting from the calls of the Contracting Authority within the basic period of the authorship supervision referred to in §2 (2) (c) of the Agreement.
