The DPIAs relate to the platform of the Software and Cloud Services to be investigated and do not concern specific data processing and business processes. This service also uses AI (Artificial Intelligence). This is an important part of the DPIA. It is expected that 3 DPIAs must be carried out per year, 3 technical verification studies and 1 related research such as an IAMA on products and services of Microsoft, Google or AWS. The exact distribution per Hyperscaler is not yet known. The need for DPIAs on products and services of software manufacturers other than those referred to in the preceding paragraphs is estimated at one DPIA per year.
