Public relations as part of the planning and construction projects in Hanover's expressway system

The expressways (West-, Süd- and Messeschnellweg) are of considerable traffic importance for the greater Hanover area as well as essential components of the supra-regional development and also serve to accommodate diversion traffic of the BAB 2 and BAB 7. Hanover as the main center and part of the metropolitan region Hanover-Braunschweig -Göttingen-Wolfsburg is connected to the superordinate federal motorway network and thus to the adjacent metropolitan regions and regional centers as well as the adjacent medium-sized centers via the expressways. For various sections of the expressway system, plans were made to maintain performance.

The subject of this invitation to tender is the communicative and strategic support in public relations work, dialogue processes and concepts as well as other communicative services within the scope of the planning to maintain performance for the following sections: B 3 | Messeschnellweg (Hochstrasse Weidetor and Mittelland Canal Bridge); B 6 | West Schnellweg (junction Herrenhausen (B6) - Deisterkreisel); B 65 | Südschnellweg (Seelhorster Kreuz - junction H.-Anderten (A7).

In the public eye, the expressways form a coherent transport network in Hanover. This should be reflected in a uniform public relations work and communication structure despite different boundary conditions.

The Contractor has to advise, support and accompany the AG in all matters relating to public and public participation as required and in terms of communication technology. Selected project phases are to be accompanied, which are binding or optional in the course of the service provision.

- Moderation and accompaniment of public events;

- Advice and support services (e.g. creation of posters, flyers, direct mail, etc., advice to the client in the design and updating of the project website, etc.);

- familiarization and clarification of the task;

- stakeholder analysis;

- Development of the dialogue and participation formats;

- Workshop to define the participation formats;

- Continuous media monitoring;

- Optional: selection of random citizens;

- Optional: design of the project logo.
