regiobus Hannover GmbH is a bus company that operates local public transport with buses in the Hanover region. regiobus Hannover GmbH is spread over six locations with the administration in Hanover and the depots in Burgdorf, Mellendorf, Neustadt a. Rbge., Wunstorf and Eldagsen. With about 260 of its own buses and more than 700 employees as well as a further 130 vehicles from subcontractors, regiobus Hannover GmbH is on the road for you in the surrounding area in the Hanover region.

Since regiobus Hannover GmbH, as a bus company, must be able to react to short-term demand for diesel fuel, Adblue, Arctic diesel fuel (also known as "winter diesel"), heating oil for the auxiliary heating of its buses and building heating oil without major time delays, it would like to conclude framework agreements with a term until 31.12.2026. The term of the framework agreement shall be extended up to four times by a further year, unless it is terminated at least three months before the end of the contract period.

Framework agreements are concluded with a maximum of five framework contract partners per lot (§ 19 SektVO).

When conducting later mini-competitions, regiobus Hannover GmbH invites all contractors involved in the framework agreement to submit an offer. In doing so, it informs the contractors of the type and scope (as well as any other specifications) for the processing of the offer. Tenders shall be drawn up on the basis of the provisions of the framework agreement. In the invitation to tender, the contractors shall be given a reasonable period within which to submit a tender. The contracting entity shall award the contract to the tender with the lowest tender price. By awarding the contract to the offer of the selected contractor, the individual contract between him and regiobus Hannover GmbH is concluded. Consequently, the undertakings with which a framework agreement has been concluded cannot derive any entitlement to the conclusion of individual contracts from the agreement.
