The ward consists of 154 dwellings erected during the period 1953-1956. The total refurbishment includes the overall refurbishment of the department's properties, including the refurbishment and division of existing homes, the construction of new accessibility homes of various sizes, located on different floors and distributed around the department,

The work is carried out in total contract with a planned construction start September 2022 and a construction period of 28 months.

The tender of the total repricing contract shall be conducted as a negotiated tender in accordance with §§ 61 to 66 of the Procurement Act. No remuneration shall be granted to the bidder for participation in negotiation. As a starting point, one negotiating session is held per bidder of an expected 2-hour duration. The negotiating meeting will take place at the builder, Bo42, St Square 2, 3700 Rønne. Contracting entities reserve the right to extend the negotiation process by one or more rounds of negotiations. The negotiation process cannot be fully described in this Procurement Ordinance due to the limitation in number of characters, but is described in detail in section 12 of the tender conditions.
