The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement in order to determine the general conditions for the delivery and assembly of rubber belts and the execution of rubber tyres (regeneration) of drive shafts for machines and devices located in the Ordering Party's facilities.

The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement in order to determine the general conditions for the delivery and assembly of rubber tapes and the execution of rubber tyres (regeneration) of drive shafts for machines and devices located in the Ordering Party's facilities, i.e.:

Plant / Installation in Bełchatów (Przemysłowa 14 and 16, 97-400 Bełchatów),

Zakład /Instalacje w Julków, gm. Skierniewice (postal code: 96-116 Dębowa Góra),

Plant / Installation in Dylów A, commune Pajęczno (postal code 98-330 Dylów A),

Plant/Installation in Gotartów, Kluczbork commune (Gotartów 44A, 46-200 Kluczbork).

The order includes the delivery and assembly of smooth tapes, sliding tapes, threshold belts and special tapes, as well as the execution of tires (regeneration) of drive shafts. The subject of the contract is described in detail in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e.:
