The Munich Volkshochschule GmbH is the largest adult education center in Germany and in this way invites maintenance and glass cleaning for its five central houses in downtown Munich. These are existing properties, the cleaning of which is outsourced to an external service provider. The total area for maintenance cleaning for lot 1 is around 7 250.00 m 2nd and for lot 2 around 3 890.00 m 2nd . The total area for Lot 3 glass cleaning comprises around 3,460.00 m 2nd . The services of lot 1 are to be on December 1, 2020, the services of lot 2 and lot 3 from January 1, 2021 for a period of 2 years with a max. Extension option to be given to a service provider until December 31, 2024. An exception is the partial service "Orleansstraße" from lot 2, the service start is on September 1st, 2020. Tenderers can bid for all three lots, but the contract will only be awarded for one lot.

Lot 1 includes the maintenance cleaning of classrooms and offices of the 2 objects in Einsteinstraße 28 with around 7 250.00 m 2nd .

Lot 2 includes the maintenance cleaning of the classrooms and offices in Landwehrstraße 32a, Schwanthaler Str. 40, Orleanstraße 34, Rheinbergstraße 3-7 including the rear building with around 3 890.00 m 2nd .

Lot 3 includes the glass cleaning of lots 1 and 2 belonging objects with around 3,460.00 m 2nd Total area.
