The project consists of the complete renovation of 11 houses in the city "Bon Air" (Lot 3) and 10 houses in the city "La Roue" (Lot 4) in 1070 Anderlecht.
The work will include:
- Insulation of loss surfaces
- The redevelopment of interior spaces with stability work
- Replacement of all technical installations
- The possible addition of an annex on one or two levels
- The reorganization of garden spaces
