The objective of the tender notice is to enter into a framework agreement for deliveries of Water and Sewage materials to the participating municipalities. See the attached price sheet. Further descriptions and volume are given in annex 2 to the price sheet. An agreement shall be signed with a duration of 2 years with option for the Contracting Authority to extend the agreement for a further 1 year + 1 year. The contracting authority, c/o the Procurement Service has the right to trigger the above mentioned option. The selected supplier will not be informed about the extension of the agreement period. The supplier will only be informed if the agreement period is not extended. The agreement period is thus maximum 4 years.
