This project is part of the CNR 2030 strategic vision which sets the wishes of the company as part of a long-term reflection, with the objective of optimizing and adapting the production tool, planning maintenance operations as well as possible. The Maintenance Department (DM) audited the functioning of the CNR asset maintenance expertise process, and the interactions between the various actors and users of said expertise in order to highlight the points of improvement. Today, it aims to make reliable the information provided by the expertise used to arbitrate decisions, harmonize working methods in the Rhône Valley and improve operating methods through the integration of a digitalization tool on the perimeter of the expertise of our production assets.
The contract is unallocated and will be single-awarded. It is subject to a negotiated procedure, with the application phase, then the offer phase accessible only to qualified candidates. Important: In order to ensure suitability, candidates who are qualified at the end of the Application phase will be required to provide a demo account for the Offer phase.
The Maintenance Department wishes to equip itself with a tool, to simplify the preparation of expertise, to be adapted to field constraints to allow the user to carry out data acquisition in the best conditions and allowing the generation of reports. The contract therefore covers the following services:
- Implementation of the operating mode management tool: design, production, management, user training, interfaces, tests, acceptance and production
- Maintenance in operational conditions in SaaS mode: maintenance (corrective, regulatory, application and technical), support, hosting and operation
