Open Procedure for the assignment of the SERVICE OF DECORATION AND ENHANCEMENT OF MUNICIPAL PUBLIC GREEN SPACES - duration 4 years
The contract includes services that to be understood as a body:
Maintenance of lawns and green areas within the 5/15 cm development, in any case, at no point in the municipal area at the time of cutting should the height of the turf exceed 20 cm.
The cut must be completed throughout the municipality no later than 20 natural and consecutive days from the day of the start.
Weeding pertaining to green areas;
Maintenance of ditches, fountains and banks of urban lakes;
Trimming of roadsides, escarpments, bands of respect adjacent to the ditches;
Lawn makeover;
Lawns regeneration;
Pruning and maintenance of hedges and ornamental shrubs;
Deplucking trees;
Mechanical weeding of turnstiles;
Tree guardians control;
Cleaning of road trees on the sidewalk
Relief irrigation;
Insecticide and larvicide treatments;
Hygienic protection and waste removal of green areas;
Verification of VTA road shafts stability;
Management of holes in dog areas.
Specialist support to the D.E.C. by a qualified technician registered in the register (Agronomist) to be made also through written reports and/or verbal opinions
Discoverability and emergency management,
The services relating to interventions falling within the scope of extraordinary maintenance of green assets, interventions aimed at the redevelopment and enhancement of the municipal green assets and related to the implementation of improvements and new achievements, the implementation of which will take place after approval of specific projects:
Pruning and felling trees;
Supply and installation of new irrigation systems;
New plantings in existing beds;
New turf and/or flower meadow formations, including levelling lawns and hole filling;
Felling, pruning and/or removal, tree elimination;
New planting of hedges, trees and shrubs;
Checking the stability of the trees;
Interventions aimed at the redevelopment and enhancement of the municipal green heritage.
