1) The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with quality standards specified in accordance with applicable regulations

1. The contracting authorities described in Chapter I of the SWZ shall jointly conduct the public procurement procedure (Article 38 of the Public Procurement Law). The contracting authority authorized to conduct the procedure and select the most advantageous offer is the Municipality of Rogóźno. Orders will be awarded (signed by contracts for the supply of electricity) by the contracting authorities described in Chapter XVIII.
