This consultation will take the form of a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders as defined by Articles L2125-1 (1°), R2162-1 to R2162-6, and R2162-13 of the French Public Procurement Code. The services to be provided will be defined as and when required by means of purchase orders. Payments will be made on the basis of the unit prices indicated in the Unit Price Schedule, and the quantities actually executed. The maximum annual amount will be €80,000 excluding VAT
