Maintenance of greenery in the City of Radomsko. The order is divided into parts: Part I of the order: Care of greenery in the eastern part of the City of Radomsko, Part II of the order: Care of greenery in the western part of the City of Radomsko, Part III of the order: Care of greenery in the passageways of roads managed by the President of the City of Radomsko and greenery on urban plots, Part IV of the order: Care of greenery in road passageways and in areas near water reservoirs and on urban plots in Radomsko - on commission.

Part I of the order: Performing agrotechnical services consisting in the care of greenery and maintaining cleanliness: in the Solidarity Park at A. Krajowa Street, on squares and green areas and greenery care in educational institutions (schools and kindergartens subordinate to the City of Radomsko) in the eastern part of the city along with ongoing service of the so-called "dog toilets" and playgrounds, Street Workout devices and fitness zones. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (the method of performance of the subject of the contract) for part I are Appendices No.: 1,1a,11a,12a, 13a,14a,15a to the SWZ. When performing care treatments and cleaning services, the contractor should bear in mind that parks, squares and green areas as a showcase of the city must be surrounded by special care and at any time one should take into account the assessment of their maintenance. Scope and conditions of the contract - a detailed description of the subject of the contract, including quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract, i.e. the performance of the contract, are specified in the appendices to the SWZ and point 3.2 of the SWZ. The axis of division into the eastern and western parts of the city are streets: Narutowicza and Krakowska.Initial date 01.04.2023r. The term of the contract is anticipated, the term of the contract is set for the period from the date of conclusion of the contract.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract (the manner of performance of the subject of the contract) for part II are appendices no. 1,1b, 11b,12b,13b,14b,15b to the SWZ. Świętojański Park is entered in the register of monuments of the Łódź Voivodeship, under the register number A/147, which should be taken into account during the implementation of works to be performed in this order. All work performed should be carried out in compliance with the provisions of applicable law. Part III of the order: Care of greenery in communication routes of roads managed by the President of the City of Radomsko and greenery on urban plots. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (the manner of performance of the subject of the contract) for part III are appendices no.: 1,1c,11c,12c,14c,15c to the SWZ. Scope and conditions of the contract - a detailed description of the subject of the contract, including quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract, i.e. the performance of the contract, are specified in the appendices to the SWZ and point 3.2 of the SWZ. Initial date 01.04.2023r. The term of the contract is anticipated, the term of the contract is set for the period from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Services of mowing lawns, mowing ditches, mowing weeds and cleaning areas from waste - in road lanes managed by the President of the City of Radomsko and mowing lawns, weeds and cleaning waste in areas near water reservoirs and on urban plots in Radomsko. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (the manner of performance of the subject of the contract) for part IV are appendices no.: 1, 11d to the SWZ. Scope and conditions of the contract - a detailed description of the subject of the contract, including quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract, i.e. the performance of the contract, are specified in the appendices to the SWZ and point 3.2 of the SWZ. For Part IV of the contract, the contracting authority provided for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL Act consisting in the repetition of similar services consistent with the subject of the basic contract, i.e. lawn mowing, ditch mowing, weed mowing and cleaning areas of waste - in road lanes managed by the President of the City of Radomsko and mowing lawns, weeds and cleaning waste in areas near water reservoirs and on urban plots in Radomsko", provided that the value of these contracts does not exceed 30% of the total value of the basic contract, and the Contracting Authority will have financial resources for their implementation, after negotiations with the existing Contractor. The estimated value for Part IV of the contract, point II.2.6) of this announcement, includes contracts similar to Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL, provided that the value of these contracts does not exceed 30% of the value of the basic contract in total, and the Contracting Authority will have financial resources at its disposal for their implementation, after negotiations with the existing Contractor, i.e. PLN 276,981.48 + (30%) PLN 83,094.44 = PLN 360,075.92. Initial date 01.04.2023r. The term of the contract is anticipated, the term of the contract is set for the period from the date of conclusion of the contract.
