Renewable energy sources in the municipalities of: Pierzchnica and Wodzisław

Part I - Photovoltaic installations: Designing (for each facility a separate project), delivery, assembly, commissioning and carrying out the procedure of including solar photovoltaic installations in the DSO network along with instruction for facility users in the field of installation servicing and maintenance during the warranty and warranty period. Photovoltaic installations generating electricity will be installed and used for social and living needs in 118 individual households.

Part II Solar installations: Designing (for each facility a separate project), delivery, assembly, commissioning of the solar collector installation together with instructing users of facilities in the field of installation service and servicing the installation during the warranty period and warranty. Installations of solar collectors producing thermal energy will be installed and used for social and living needs in 162 individual households


Photovoltaic installations

Designing (for each facility a separate project), delivery, assembly, commissioning and carrying out the procedure of including solar photovoltaic installations in the OSD network along with conducting instructions for facility users in the field of installation servicing and maintenance during the warranty and warranty period. Photovoltaic installations generating electricity will be installed and used for social and living needs in 118 individual households. A detailed list of individual devices together with the proposed solutions is included in the Annex to the Terms of Reference. Guidelines for contractors.

A. Wodzisław Commune:

1. Design, delivery and assembly:

1) photovoltaic installations producing electricity with an optimum estimated power of 1 PV panel, minimum 270 Wp in 66 individual households.

2. Installations with a total capacity of minimum 221.4 kWp (0.22 MWe) will be located on the real estate of the residents of the Wodzisław Commune - a total of 66 facilities:

a. with a capacity of 2.16 kWp, 8 modules - 6 units of installation;

b. with a power of 3.24 kWp, 12 modules - 34 units of installation;

c. with a capacity of 3.78 kWp, 14 modules - 26 units of installation.

3. Depending on the technical conditions, it is planned to install the installation on the roofs of residential buildings (49 installations), the roof of the farm building adjacent to the residential building (1 installation), free-standing farm buildings roofs (7 installations), elevation of free-standing farm building (1 installation) or on the ground (8 installations).

4. Organizational and training work

a) preparation of the installation operation manual,

b) training property owners from the principles of operation, use, maintenance and safety related to the use of the installed solar installation,

c) drawing up the training report detailing what was the subject of the training and giving instructions,

5. Prior to the implementation of the task, the Contractor will be required to carry out all necessary expert reports, inspections, local inspections and verify information regarding the delivery and assembly of the complete photovoltaic installation.

1) if required by the provision, an application for issuing connection conditions for the power grid with the necessary documents should be prepared, 2) micro-installations to the Power Grid should be reported.

B. The Pierzchnica Commune:

1. The subject of the contract includes the design, delivery and assembly of:

1) photovoltaic installations producing electricity with an optimum estimated power of 1 PV panel, minimum 270 Wp in 52 individual households.2. Installations with a total capacity of minimum 170.1 kWp (0.17 MWe) will be located on the property of the residents of the Commune - a total of 52 objects :

a) with a capacity of 2.16 kWp, 8 modules - 8 units of installation;

b) with a capacity of 3.24 kWp, 12 modules - 25 units of installation; c) with a capacity of 3.78 kWp, 14 modules - 19 units of installation

3. Depending on technical conditions, it is planned to install the installation on roofs (36 installations) or façades (2 installations) of residential buildings, free standing farm buildings (11 installations) or on the ground (3 installations).

4. Organizational and training work

1) preparation of the installation operation manual,

2) training of property owners from the principles of operation, use, maintenance and safety related to the use of the installed photovoltaic installation,

3) drawing up the training report detailing what was the subject of the training and providing instructions.

5. Prior to the implementation of the task, the Contractor will be required to carry out all necessary expert reports, inspections, local inspections and verify information regarding the delivery and assembly of the complete photovoltaic installation. 1) if required by the provision, an application for issuing connection conditions for the power grid with the necessary documents should be prepared

2) micro-installations should be reported to S. Elektr.


Solar installations

Designing (for each facility a separate project), delivery, assembly, commissioning of the solar collector installation together with instructing users of facilities in the field of installation service and servicing during the guarantee and warranty period. Installations of solar collectors producing thermal energy will be installed and used at social and living needs in 162 individual households. Detailed list of individual devices together with proposed solutions is included in the attachment to pt. Guidelines for contractors.

A. Wodzisław Commune:

1. comprehensive design and assembly of solar installations (111 items) on private houses of single-family homes; Installations with a total capacity of at least 0.463 MW = 463.32 kW (1 collector power minimum 1620 W, 286 units will be installed) will be located on the property of the residents of the commune - a total of 111 facilities.

2. Depending on technical conditions, it is planned to install the installation on roofs (74 installations) and façades (20 installations) of residential buildings, roofs (1 installation) and facades (2 installations) of farm buildings adjacent to a residential building, free standing roofs (2 installations) ) or on the ground (12 installations).

3. Each of the buildings is to be equipped with a solar system consisting of solar collectors in the amount of 2, 3 or 4 plates, with a minimum active surface of a single collector absorber 2.20 m 2 , and the maximum gross area of a single collector 2,52 m 2 , along with equipment such as: reservoir, pump, control system, piping, etc. 4. Organizational and training activities a) preparation of installation operating instructions,

b) training property owners from the principles of service, use, maintenance and safety related to the use of the installed solar installation, c) preparation of the training report detailing what was the subject of the training and giving instructions.

5. After the installation, it is necessary to carry out their rinsing and leak tests in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. Rinsing the solar installation should be done with the target solar liquid, preventing freezing of the system. After rinsing and filling the system, gradually increase the pressure in the solar system, until it reaches 5 bar. The trial time should be 0.5 hours. The installation will be considered as tight if the pressure gauge does not notice a pressure drop of more than 2%. During the test, no visible leaks or leaks may occur.

B. The Pierzchnica Commune:

1. Delivery and assembly of solar installations on private houses of single-family houses of the commune residents. Installations with a total capacity of at least 0.204 MW = 204.12 kW (1 collector power minimum 1620 W, 126 units will be installed) will be located on the property of the commune residents - total on 51 objects.

2. Depending on technical conditions, it is planned to install the installation on roofs (42 installations) or façades (5 installations) of residential buildings, detached farm buildings (1 installation) or on the ground (3 installations).

3. Each of the buildings is to be equipped with a solar system consisting of solar collectors in the amount of 2, 3 or 4 plates, with a minimum active surface of a single collector absorber 2.20 m 2 , and the maximum gross area of a single collector 2,52 m 2 , along with equipment such as: reservoir, pump, control system, piping, etc.

2) training of property owners from the principles of operation, use, maintenance and safety related to the use of the installed solar installation,

3) drawing up the training report detailing what was the subject of the training and providing instructions.
