The object of the acquisition is the property maintenance services of Kerimäki properties owned by Savonlinnan Vuokratalot Oy and Savonlinnan Seudun Nuorisoasunnot ry. Contracts are entered into for an indefinite period of six (6) months by mutual notice by the parties. The tender includes two (2) properties belonging to the Savonlinna Region Youth Housing, for which the contract will be concluded separately. Partial offers will not be accepted for purchase.
