The Occupational Safety Agency needs to have access to legal information in order to make legal judgments and positions.
The procurement is divided into two contractual areas. A general legal database and a specific legal database with the decision of the Occupational Safety and Safety and Safety and Safety and Health Agency Bidders may choose to tender for one or two areas.
Area of Contract A) General Legal DatabaseThe contract value is calculated for contract area A, general legal database, to be NOK 1,500,000 and for contract B, special legal database, to be NOK 200,000. The ceiling value is for contract area A, general legal database, NOK 2,000,000 and for contract B, special legal database, 275,000 SEK.

The contract period is estimated to be from 2022-05-08 to 2024-05-07 with the option of a maximum two-year extension.
