The scope of the 'framework agreement for computer equipment (including associated supplies and services)' comprises, briefly described, the following main points:

- desktop PCs,

- laptops,

- monitoring,

- accessories (docking station, keyboard, optical mouse, monitor arm (desk), etc.),

- associated services (carrying out various procedures with regard to, among other things, delivery, testing correct operation, handling warranty, handling repairs and reporting).

As indicated in section 2.3 Tendering Guidelines, after awarding the currently around 350 employees of BZK and HCG (excluding volunteers and hiring), SIB must have access to the requested computer equipment (including associated services and deliveries). The 'framework agreement for computer equipment (including associated supplies and services) to be concluded with the contractor' for this purpose has an initial term of 2 years, with the possibility for SIB to extend the framework agreement twice after the expiry of the initial duration, each time with a term of 1 year.
