The purpose of this contract is to provide project management assistance for the conventional phase of the urban renewal project in the Canourgues district, in Salon-de-Provence, over its entire duration. This mission aims to assist the Territory Council of the Pays Salonais de la Métropole, working in consultation with the municipality of Salon-de-Provence and all the project partners, to implement the urban program recorded in the CE opinion of the ANRU of 9.10.2019 and defined by the NPRU operational agreement submitted for signature by all the partners in October 2020. This is an intellectual services contract.

This 1 er lot aims to assist the client in the design and implementation of the overall urban renewal project and its program.

Several missions make up this lot:

- monitoring mission, advice, overall project coordination, evaluation;

- scheduling, piloting and urban coordination mission;

- communication mission, consultation and animation participation of the inhabitants.

Lot 2, dependent on Lot 1, which coordinates all the project players, consists of supporting the project leader in the precise definition and operational implementation of the planned spaces integrating the development of structuring projects in the neighborhood.

This lot is made up of several missions:

- realization of overall plan, development sectors, batch files, specifications book, 3D model;

- support for thematic projects, gentle development and transitional arrangements;

- support for project managers and operators;

- support for the developer.

This lot concerns the development and implementation of the Smart Quartier strategy for the Canourgues territory.

He understands:

- achievement of Benchmarks;

- strategic advice on the design and implementation of the Smart Quartier;

- realization of technical recommendations;

- construction of strategic and technical governance around the Smart Quartier.
