The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:
Delivering, implementing, maintaining and providing licenses for an HR system, in accordance with requirements and principles in this tender document and in accordance with the commitments in the answers to the open questions.
The scope of the assignment can be expressed in the number of employee licenses.
The number of employees who must have access to the HR system is expected to be approximately 2,000 as of 1.1.2020. The exact number of employees fluctuates per year. No rights can be derived from the above mentioned number.
