This procurement will result in a framework agreement for questionnaires within the National Patient Survey with a fixed method in which SKL and the country's 21 regions (see Appendix 1, hereinafter referred to as the Client) are entitled to call off. Being eligible to call off means an opportunity to call off from the framework agreement, but no obligation.

The framework agreement does not imply any commitment from the Purchaser to purchase a certain volume during the framework agreement period.
