The subject of the order is the development and implementation of a concept for the introduction of management feedback in the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI) with its offices in Berlin and Bonn, including the survey and the evaluation process.

The following work packages are planned:

Work package 1: create an overall concept for management feedback

In close cooperation with the AG, the contractor has to develop an overall concept that is optimally tailored to the BMVI for the theoretical basis and the practical implementation of management feedback.

Work package 2: Advice and support for communication and acceptance management upstream and accompanying the overall concept of WP 1, the contractor must develop a comprehensive communication strategy.

Work package 3: Implementation and evaluation of management feedback at the BMVI locations in Berlin and Bonn, followed by a review of the methodology and acceptance.

In close coordination with the AG, the contractor has to carry out the management feedback in the BMVI in practice, evaluate the results and discuss them with those affected. After the first regular management feedback has been completed, the selected procedure must be checked as a whole with regard to its acceptance by the employees.
