The Assignment consists of the following tasks and responsibilities and consists of 2 plots:

Lot 1: Infrastructure

• preventive maintenance on airside such as:

• Lawn mowing/ spraying weeds;

• Inspection rounds of concrete and asphalt pavement;

• Cleaning street swirls, OBAS, line gutter;

• corrective maintenance on airside such as:

• concrete repairs;

• asphalt repairs;

• remark line

• joint fill repairs

• inspections of OBAS and liquidtight platform, among others;

• drainage activities as a result of de-icing operation;

• advising drainage areas and various pavements;

• tactical advice (condition measurements and multi-annual plans);

• Snow and smoothness control airside and landside

• (Project-based) work on land and airside

Plot 2: Green Maintenance

• Green maintenance on landside:

o Mowing

o Pruning

o Watering

o Fertilize /aerate

o Fines

o (re) planting

o Advisory work and reports regarding multi-annual maintenance
