Lot 1:

The subject of this award procedure is the basic services of LPH 1-9 from the

Performance profile of civil engineering structures according to HOAI Part 3 Section 3 §41 ff in conjunction with Annex 12, together with the performance profile Technical building equipment according to HOAI Part 4 Section 2 §53 ff in conjunction with Annex 15 which are required in connection with the construction of the company building.

Lot 2:

The subject of this award procedure is the basic services of LPH 1-9 from the

Performance profile of civil engineering structures according to HOAI Part 3 Section 3 §41 ff in conjunction with Annex 12, together with the service description Technical Building Equipment according to HOAI Part 4 Section 2 §53 ff in conjunction with Annex 15 which are required in connection with the construction of the sludge treatment.

The subject matter of the procedure is the award of planning services for civil engineering structures as well as services for the planning of the technical building equipment for the construction of the municipal sewage treatment plant in Geiselhöring.

LOT1: Company building

In 2020/2021, a condition assessment with a variant study was carried out, in which the current expansion size of the wastewater treatment plant is no longer sufficient after survey of the actual stock and the estimation of future inflow quantities. For the study, a basis of assessment of 15,000 PE was used and several variants for the remediation options were shown.

After technical and economic consideration, the new construction of 2 combination basins (aeration process) in combination with the installation of stationary sludge dewatering and the installation of a CHP for electricity and heat generation for an expansion size of 15,000 PE was recommended.

This recommendation was followed by resolution in the city council.

The commissioning of the planning services is to be carried out in stages:

- Performance level 1: Service phases 1, 2

- Performance level 2: Work phases 3, 4

- Performance level 3: performance phases 5, 6

- Performance level 4: Service phases 8, 9
