PHYSICAL PROTECTION OF PERSONS AND PROPERTY, CARRIED OUT BY SUFO, FOR THE BENEFIT OF MILITARY UNITS<
P xmlns="http://publications.europa.eu/resource/schema/ted/R2.0.8/publication">The subject of the contract are physical protection services of persons and property provided to the Ordering Party in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the protection of persons and property (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 838), the Act of 5 August 2010 on the protection of classified information (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 742), Regulation of the Minister of National Defence on the detailed tasks of security plenipotentiaries in the field of protection of classified information in organizational units subordinate to or supervised by the Minister of National Defence (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1720, as amended) and other executive acts in force in this respect and the "Instruction on the protection of military objects and escorted property – DU – 3.14.3(A)". Provision of a direct, permanent physical protection service for persons and property, carried out by specialized armed protection formations (SUFO) in 2024. Physical protection is understood as the Contractor's action through appropriately equipped (firearms, direct coercion) and trained security personnel, aimed at preventing crimes and offenses against the property of a military unit, preventing damage resulting from these events and preventing unauthorized persons from entering protected areas, as well as ensuring the safety of employees and third parties.
