The purpose of this contract is the treatment of ashes and of the REFIOMs of the Colmar Waste Energy Recycling Center (CVED) by material recovery or by inerting and landfilling process in ISDDs in recovery or recycling centers. landfills approved and in compliance with the regulations.

The services requested concern:

- loading and transport from CVED de Colmar,

- the reception and the treatment of the REFIOM and ashes in a material recovery center (within the meaning of the European directive nº 2005/0281 (cod) of 21.12.2005) approved to treat the REFIOM and ashes under conditions respecting in every respect the current regulations.

The services requested concern:

- transport from the CVED of the SITDCE,

- the reception and treatment of ashes and REFIOM in a center approved to receive hazardous waste in conditions fully respecting the regulations in force,

- the supply of bulk containers (IBCs) of the "big-bag" type suitable for both the CVED and the treatment and landfill unit.
