The municipality of Chaponnay conducts a consultation for the renewal of the market for flowering and maintenance of communal green spaces.

The services will be subject to a single-award framework agreement concluded pursuant to Article 78 of Decree No o 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts and executed by issuing purchase orders pursuant to Article 80 of the aforementioned Decree.

The municipality of Chaponnay decided not to allot the market for the following reason:

The services comprising this contract must be performed concomitantly. Part of the flowering, maintenance of flower beds and size are to be done on lawns to maintain, hence the need to use a single provider.

Flowering and maintenance of communal green spaces, except Chapotin ZAC.
