The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or neutralization) of the entire municipal waste stream from real estate located in the Osiek Commune in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, where residents live in a way that ensures achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use of paper, metals, plastics and glass and reducing the weight of biodegradable waste sent to landfill in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469) and the implementing regulations to the aforementioned Act.

As part of the provision of the service, the Contractor is obliged to organize and run a stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) within the Osiek Commune or at a distance of no more than 20 km from the administrative borders of the commune. The service will be carried out in accordance with the applicable acts of local law issued on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), including, among others, the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Osiek Commune and the resolution on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners from the Osiek Commune and managing this waste in exchange for a fee paid by property owners for municipal waste management. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the above-mentioned resolutions to the extent necessary to adapt their provisions to the applicable provisions of law.
