1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment and apparatus divided into parts:

Task No. 1 – Upgrade of the magnetic resonance module to the HD30 plaftofma

Task No. 2 – Digital stationary X-ray apparatus

Task No. 3 – Anaesthesia apparatus.

2. The subject of the contract includes the delivery, unloading, assembly, commissioning and training of personnel in accordance with the price offer and a detailed description of the subject of the contract and the table of technical and operational conditions constituting Annexes No. 1.1.-1.3 and 3.1-3.3 to swz.
