The material scope consists of the delivery of two complete gas-oil container boiler rooms with a capacity of 5MW each, in a special body. Each boiler room with the necessary installation for the boiler, the necessary connection fittings and control should fit in one container. Each container equipped with electrical installations inside the container and outside (LED lamp with motion and twilight sensor), the boiler room should be adapted to the conditions prevailing outside, both during boiler operation and standstill; temperature (-30 to +40 ° C).

The subject of the contract is the delivery of two mobile high-temperature industrial water boiler rooms with a capacity of 5MW each in container construction together with the service of inspection and service of the boiler room within 24 months from the date of commissioning of the boiler room.

1. Delivery of two complete boiler rooms in container construction, which includes transport, unloading and foundation in Chełm at Towarowa Street:

(a) Minimum thermal efficiency, determined by the indirect method, according to EN12953 -11:

• LPG gas (at 100% efficiency) - 95.5%

• light fuel oil (with a capacity of 100%) - 95.0%

b) Configuration of industrial water boiler with accessories:

▪ industrial boiler with equipment with boiler protection system compatible

with Polish law,

▪ exhaust gas heat exchanger,

▪ return temperature protection module (temperature raising system with mixing pump),

▪ dual-media burner,

▪ gas control module,

▪ oil circulation module,

▪ complete shut-off fittings, control fittings and safety apparatus

and signaling on the water and fuel side.

c) Control system with control cabinet:

▪ industrial cabinet, independent boiler control with the possibility of adjusting (setting) the water output temperature,

▪ control software stored in the device's memory, recording of operational signals and values of operating parameters,

▪ ETHERNET connection module with the possibility of integration with the master control software,

▪ measurement of power and thermal energy.

d) Documentation in Polish (certificates, technical approvals, electrical diagrams and DTR manual) and full UDT documentation for pressure equipment.

e) Bulk marking of delivered parts.

f) Installation of a complete container boiler room.

(g) Transport of equipment with unloading.

h) Commissioning of the container boiler room, training of the operator and participation in the acceptance of the UDT and obtaining a positive decision of the UDT on the admission to operation.

2. Warranty inspection – according to the manufacturer's instructions, at least twice a year.

3. Service 24h/365 days.

- as part of the service activities, the Contractor is obliged to ensure 95.5% efficiency of the device in the case of gaseous fuel and 95% in the case of light fuel oil – in accordance with EN12953 part 11 throughout the duration of the contract,

- response time to the request as part of the service - 4 hours from the date of notification to the service, with the obligation to perform service repair within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the notification on working days and non-working days,

- as part of the service, the Contractor will perform service activities in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, warranty book and other documents provided to the Ordering Party upon delivery,

- service activities will be performed by authorized employees of the Contractor, having appropriate knowledge and training, having the necessary approvals, certificates, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

- as part of service activities, the Contractor will at its own expense replace the devices or their parts, including wear parts, with new, free from defects, manufactured not earlier than 2 years before performing service activities using this equipment.
