1. The subject of the contract is to update the server environment for the needs of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship Office in Bydgoszcz. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the annexes to the SWZ. 2. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the PPL. 3. The contracting authority does not provide for an electronic auction referred to in Articles 227 - 238 of the PPL. 4. The contracting authority shall not allow the submission of variant bids within the meaning of Article 92(1) of the PPL. 5. The contracting authority allows partial bids to be submitted. 6. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement.
