The loss compensation payment to farmers serves sustainable land management. A funding guideline of the State Ministry of Energy, Climate Protection, Environment and Agriculture (SMEKUL) regulates application eligibility and conditions. EU funds from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) as well as funds from the federal and state governments are used for financing. EU participation entails a number of legal obligations.

- Creation, implementation of a DV program as a multi-user client application (2022/2023)

- Optimization, adaptation, maintenance OF DV program (until at least 2027)

- Interpretation and computer modeling of technical specifications (planning, conception)

- Development of a software with 3-layer architecture based on

+ Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and T-SQL

+ Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 (or later . NET version) and C #

- Use, participation in work item and version management

- Development of documentation

- Consideration and compliance with technical and professional-organizational guidelines of the client

- Participation in project meetings (digital or in presence)
