The Contracting Authority shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974, of persons performing the indicated activities related to the execution of the contract: technical and maintenance services.
The order is financed by the programme: “Increasing the availability of e-services for the city of Starachowice” under the Regional Operational Programme of Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020 (RPOWŚ 2014-2020), Priority Axis 7. Efficient public services, Action 7.1 Development of e-society”.
Information on the Contractor's on-site inspection referred to in Article 131(2) of the PPL Act:
The Ordering Party requires the submission of an offer after the Contractor has made a local inspection of the place of installation of the LAN network. The Contractor must notify the Ordering Party
by e-mail to the following address: zamowienia@starachowice.eu willingness to participate in the vision two days in advance, but no later than 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers, i.e. by 07.10.2022. The vision can take place on working days from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. Share
in the on-site visit will be confirmed by an appropriate letter - a protocol of participation in the vision. In the case of Contractors acting jointly, the Ordering Party requires the above-mentioned vision to be carried out by at least one of the Contractors.
A possible extension of the deadline for tendering will not affect the deadline for reporting your desire to participate in the local vision.
ATTENTION! The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 226 (1) (18) of the Pzp Act will reject the offer if it is made without making a local vision.
